Return Policy
Sample requests
A sample request is an enquiry, not a confirmed sale. Sample availability, cost, delivery and any return treatment are confirmed separately before dispatch.
7-day return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for any unused, unwashed piece in its original packaging.
What is not returnable
Made-to-measure items, personalised gifts, and clearance-sale pieces cannot be returned unless received damaged.
How to request a return
Contact hello@bhavitatextiles.com with your order number, delivery details and the reason for the return. Our team will confirm eligibility and the next step.
Refund timelines
Once we receive and inspect the piece, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or wrong item
If your parcel arrives damaged or contains a wrong item, please share photos within 48 hours. We will send a replacement or refund promptly at our cost.
Cancellation and support
